We guarantee your door will function properly — including adjustments, inspections, and labor — as long as all prescriptive repairs or end-of-life part replacements were approved and no other party has serviced or altered the system.

If your serviced door needs fine-tuning during that year, we'll return promptly and make it right — at no charge.

Clients who schedule door glass replacement also receive our Lock-Up Guarantee℠ and can upgrade to a Full Door Tune-Up at a discounted rate while we’re on site — extending their coverage to include the full Trouble-Free Guarantee℠.

Whenever we service your storefront door — whether for a door glass replacement or a full door tune-up — you’re covered by our Lock-Up Guarantee℠.

We guarantee your door will close, latch, and lock properly before we leave the job site. If the door or hardware we serviced doesn’t secure correctly, we’ll come back and make it right — at no charge.

If we discover a broken lock or latch, our service vehicles carry most replacement parts, and we can typically install them the same day.

If a client chooses not to replace a broken component, the guarantee applies once those repairs are completed.

Either way, you can count on us to ensure your door locks up securely before we go.

When you hire The Glass Fixer to replace or reseal your storefront glass, you’re covered by our 10-Year Leak-Free Guarantee℠ — as long as all recommended repairs are approved.

We guarantee that the glass and gaskets we install will fit correctly, seal tightly, and stay watertight for years to come. We achieve that through precision methods most companies skip:

• Exact measurements to match glass to the real-world opening — not just to a square frame.
• Custom out-of-square glass when needed for older or settled storefronts.
• Pinned setting blocks, silicone-secured to prevent shifting from vibration, traffic, or building movement.
• Heel beads in the lower corners to block dirt, dust, moisture, and stabilize gaskets.
